8X12 SHED / HORSE STALL / PLAYHOUSE
I have three 8 X 12 Horse Stall / Shed/ Playhouse.....New -Never Used!
I had these Amish built and delivered with hemlock siding and 30 year shingles.. to be used as stalls for my 3 horses.
I will let the first one go for 1195.00 the other 2 will be 1395.00 each.
REASON WE ARE SELLING:
(I would like to keep them but, I have to sell them in order to pay to restore property we had to forclose on . Purchasers stopped paying the mortage to us , filed bankrupcy and destroyed the house.)
They have Dutch Doors with black hinges and latches.....very nice looking.
.I got hurt in november and did not get them stained before winter.....I will be pressure washing them before they go.....
You can add a floor to make them a playhouse.
YES THEY CAN BE MOVED-THEY ARE ON SKIDS.
We will include delivery up to 50 miles!
If no delivery is needed we will take $150 off the price.
 
These are pics of the sheds with a quick pressure wash late last night....
I will be pressure washing them completely this weekend.
This shows the inside and the structure and that they have never been used.
